Physician Just Equity is a diverse and distinguished collaborative of physicians and surgeons who saw a need for peer support. The organization is governed by the Leadership Team and the Board.

MISSION

Physician Just Equity (PJE) exists to empower physicians and surgeons in the United States, who experience workplace injustices, through peer support, education, advocacy and research, facilitating professional and institutional culture change that optimizes patient care.

VISION

To achieve inclusivity and restore dignity in the physician workforce.
